The four best fruits for your health

In a culture that is saturated… literally SATURATED… with unhealthy foods, oils, fats, and unwholesome things to eat, it is no wonder why so many people are overweight, dealing with high blood pressure and cholesterol, and living with health issues that are causing them to miss out on a lot that life has to offer. But, this is not the way it has to be for you. You can live a healthier life starting right now, and part of it involves eating foods that are good for you, that will help cleanse your body, and that will revitalize and rejuvenate you.

Kiwis, Cranberries, Strawberries, and Blueberries… these four “wonder” fruits pack so many nutrients and anti-oxidants that I sometimes wonder why doctors don’t prescribe THESE for us for better health! Well then, you can consider this a prescription to start eating at least two or three of these healthy, wholesome fruits each day. These fruits are packed with anti-oxidants, disease fighters, and vitamins that will keep you more energized and healthy than you might realize. Sometimes we get out of the habit of eating good foods, but it should be a habit that each of us want to get back into.

Kiwis, Cranberries, Strawberries and Blueberries all contain Vitamin C, which is the main water soluble antioxidant in the body. They also contain Beta-carotene, which is another soluble vitamin that is excellent for scavenging free radicals in the body. These fruits also contain trace amounts of Selenium. This mineral is not to be ingested in large amounts, but without it we could not survive. These fruits contain just enough of this mineral to replenish our supply without overdoing it, which is just another reason to add at least most of these fruits to our daily diets.
