Thanks for your great article. I agree about breakfast…most important meal of the day. I’m so happy that was one healthy habit instilled in me as a kid. I have also heard that a pound of lean muscle burns 50-100 calories even at rest as opposed to a pound of fat that only burns 1-3 calories. There’s no better incentive to stay active than that!
