Headaches can ruin our day faster than most things. They hurt all the time. It hurts to focus, it hurts to talk, it hurts to laugh…. And the result is that our day is basically ruined. But tension headaches are headaches that are caused by muscle tension in the back and upper neck, and these you can alleviate in several ways. You can also try drinking lots of water, because of you get just a little bit dehydrated, the muscles here will tense up.
If you can keep your neck loose by taking measures before-hand, you can even prevent these types of headaches from occurring. Also, you can take some over the counter pain medicines to help deal with the pain, but cutting the pain off at the source is better than just masking it over with these.
