<p>First, <strong>kick the smoking habit</strong>. Yes, I know you are addicted, but it is hurting your body! Chew gum, take tablets, do whatever you need to do to stop this habit. This hurts your lungs, your mouth, and the people around you. Your health will drastically improve once you kick this unhealthy habit.</p>
<p>Second, <strong>get enough sleep</strong>. Studies show that Americans are getting less and less sleep. Get at least 6-8 hours of sleep at night, and you will be amazed at what this small change can do for your health.</p>
<p>Next, <strong>eat plenty of fruits</strong>. If at all possible, try substituting fruits for junk food in your diet. So, next time you want a fast food grease-burger, get yourself a Kiwi or some Grapes instead! Strawberries, Blueberries, Cranberries, Apples, Oranges, all of these have tremendous amounts of vitamins that will help your body fight off disease and build your immune system.</p>
<p>Next, <strong>reduce your stress level</strong>. You can accomplish this in one of several different ways. Maybe take some yoga classes, or maybe take up some hobbies that you enjoy. Maybe a trip to the spa once a week will accomplish this, but it is proven that stress hurts you, so do what it takes to alleviate this.</p>

<p>While performing the biopsy on patient´s lung, doctors where amazed to see a tree growing  in the cut. One of the doctors, Vladimir Kamashev, said: &#8220;I blinked three times, and thought I was seeing things. Then I called the assistant to have a look.&#8221;</p>
<p>Mr Sidorkin was relieved to hear that coughing blood was not caused by any disease. He said: &#8220;It was the needles poking the capillaries. It really hurt a lot. But I never felt like I had an alien object inside of me.&#8221;</p>
<p>Doctors believe that the patient might have inhaled a small bud, which then started to grow inside his body. It has now been removed and a piece of lung with the little fir tree has been preserved for further study.</p>
